The services we provide
The customer can walk into our service center with his product and get his product serviced.
The customer can dial customer service to file a complaint. To identify the issue, our service engineer will go to the customer's location.
The warranty of the product is checked in the warranty entitlement site and it is serviced as per HP's guidelines for products under warranty at minimum costs.
If the product has exceeded the warranty period then it is said to be out of warranty and it is serviced as per HP's guidelines for products out of warranty.
Our service engineers will setup the new products that were purchased from HP at the customer site and guide them on the usage of the product.
A periodic check up is carried out by our service engineer at the customer location for all the products that fall under the Annual maintenance Contract (AMC)
The customers can get their products screened for any issues that may arise.
Customer can extend the base warranty of the unit by purchasing extended warranty packs from us.
We offer comprehensive and service maintenance support for multi vendor products.
